As a social change agent, leading us into an evolutionary way of Thinking, Being and Doing, Anthea believes transpersonal, inter-relational somatic intelligence is the new way in which we will continue to expand & embrace our human potential & invites us to courageously venture into the unknown, with power, passion & purpose.
Tell us a bit about yourself and what you do? What's your purpose?
I feel my purpose is to bridge the gap between fantasy & reality - And teach the truth that they are one and the same - if we trust in the magic of our Sovereign experience. I am an avid reader, researcher & student as well as a Mother to my two Sons. I have a big family situated in various areas of the world. Cultivating thriving communities is sincerely my passion and this starts at home, and with my own personal development & self education.
What is something you've learned about yourself this year?
Resilience, discernment, agility and humour are the foundations on which i build my success & continue to thrive in change.
What do you love about yourself?
Everything! I have an epic relationship with my sense of self. One I have pursued my entire adulthood, it excites me to know that this relationship, this woman that I am, is still growing, changing and transforming, and I am excited to be witness to my becoming.
When we do reach gender equality, what does this world look like to you?
What do you believe are the behaviours that hold women back?
I don't believe any behaviour can hold a woman back. Mindsets hold us back, which leads to certain ways of responding to life. If our mindset is out of alignment with our desires, we will indeed feel 'held back'. So I in my opinion the way in which you think as a woman, is the only thing that can hold you back.
What has been your boldest move to date?
The way I live my life is a bold move! That is, I am consistently pushing beyond my perceived limitations, going against patterning that is designed to keep me safe. I play in the unknown more than anything else I do. As a person who suffered from terrible social anxiety, low self esteem & body confidence, i've really grown into my boldness. And my decision making mirrors that!
What's your call to action for women?
- Talk to each other.
- Listen, feel, play and connect with each other.
- Understand your relationship with your mother and father.
- Learn yourself, heal through conscious self pleasure.
- Don't shut up. Don't hide away.
- Know that you are a miracle. God in physical form, and your very existence is divine.
